ANNUAL FALL GAME FEAST

The evening’s menu is resplendent with game terrines of the season’s best pheasant, wild duck, wild boar, hare and foie gras followed by a dinner of Scottish wild rabbit and chestnut velouté; roasted red-legged partridge with stuffed savoy cabbage and black truffle; and the pièce de résistance: a whole venison saddle with spicebush berries and fall root vegetables.
